Terms & Conditions

By registering for the ROSEYEFILM × Avocado Zinc Wellness Morning, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Attendance
- Registration is essential, and places are limited.
- Your ticket is valid for one attendee only and is non-transferable unless approved by the event organisers.
- Please arrive on time and follow any instructions provided by the event organisers and instructors.
- Attendees must bring their own Pilates mat/towel and wear suitable clothing for outdoor movement.

Content Collaboration Obligations
- As this event forms part of a brand collaboration, attendees are expected to fulfil the content-sharing commitments outlined in their invitation. This includes creating and publishing one Instagram Reel featuring their experience, sharing content to Instagram Stories and/or their feed, and tagging @roseyefilm and @avocadozinc, where applicable.
- Content should reflect the attendee's genuine experience and personal style.
- Please ensure your Instagram profile is set to public so the ROSEYEFILM team can view your content and creations throughout the morning.
- If an attendee is unable to fulfil these commitments, they must notify ROSEYEFILM as soon as possible.

Payment and Booking Confirmation
- The $15 event contribution must be paid by Friday 9 October 2026, and payment confirmation must be provided as requested. A place is not confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged by ROSEYEFILM.
- Places are limited, and unpaid or unconfirmed places may be offered to other participants.
- The $15 contribution is non-refundable for cancellations or failure to attend, except where a refund is required by law or the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Cancellations and Refunds
- If you can no longer attend, please notify the organisers as soon as possible.
- Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or failure to attend.
- If the event is cancelled by the organisers, attendees will be notified of the arrangements for any applicable refunds.
- If the event is postponed or rescheduled, attendees will be advised of the available options.

Weather and Event Changes
- This is an outdoor event, and activities are subject to weather conditions and the safety of the location.
- The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel the event due to adverse weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond their control.
- Any significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees using the contact details provided during registration.

Health, Safety and Participation
- Participation in Pilates, breathwork, stretching and other wellness activities is voluntary.
- Attendees participate at their own discretion and should work within their individual physical capabilities.
- Please inform the relevant instructor of any injuries, physical limitations or concerns before participating.
- Attendees are responsible for assessing whether the activities are suitable for them and should seek medical advice if unsure.
- Please follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and event organisers.

Personal Belongings
- Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event.
- ROSEYEFILM and Avocado Zinc are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, to the extent permitted by law.

Photography and Videography
- The event will be documented on 35mm film and may also include digital photography and video.
- By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photographs or videos.
- Images and footage may be used by ROSEYEFILM and Avocado Zinc for social media, website content, marketing and promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or featured in promotional content, please notify the organisers before the event so reasonable arrangements can be made.
- Attendees are welcome to capture their own content, provided they respect the privacy and comfort of other participants.

Gifted Products and Brand Collaborations
- Any products or gifts provided as part of the event are subject to availability and are intended for the registered attendee.
- Gifted products cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Attendees are responsible for checking product ingredients and suitability before use, particularly if they have allergies or sensitivities.

Respectful Conduct
- All attendees are expected to treat the organisers, instructors, brand representatives and other participants respectfully.
- The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, without a refund where permitted by law.

Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, attendees accept responsibility for their voluntary participation in event activities and for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, attendee communication and other purposes disclosed at the time of collection.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please contact the organisers if you have questions about your personal information.
